If you suppose to rent an apartment for three days and more, you need to choose it on our site and define the accommodation date.
We cannot guarantee you booking an apartment in case your accommodation is only 1-2 days.
There are several accommodation options:
-- you pay 3 days accommodation and by all means get the apartment you choose on the site;
-- you send us a request regarding some apartment; in case it is not occupied at the moment of your accommodation, it will be booked for you;
-- you call us when you arrive to the city, and in some minutes we will offer to you some apartments that are not occupied at the moment, and will quote their prices and addresses. This is possible only if you come in working hours (before 18:00). We cannot 100 % guarantee you an accommodation in a specific apartment but from our experience we can say that 99 % there is one you can get.
All our apartments for daily rent are situated in the historical center of Kiev.

In the period April to September as well as during festivities (8th of March, 1-7 of May, New Year, etc.) the demand for rent apartments in Kiev is higher, thus, your early (1-2 weeks before arrival) booking request is welcome. For us to guarantee you the accommodation we need your payment in advance.

Check in - 13:00                Check out - 12:00.
An earlier check in is possible subject to additional one-day charge.
A later check out (till 18:00) is possible subject to additional half-day charge; in case of departure after 18:00 one-day charge is to be paid.
An early check in and late check out are possible when you stipulate it at the moment of booking. This supplementary charge is due to the fact we will have to refuse to accommodate some other clients. The hour of check in or check out can be changed on mutual agreement with you.

A pre-payment amounting the cost of 1 day rent guarantees to a client the booking of a chosen apartment.
In some cases, when an apartment is booked during important festivities (like New Year), a 100 % pre-payment is required.
The pre-payment makes part of the total cost and is deducted at the final settlement.

No refund will be made for non-arrivals. Booking dates cannot be altered. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival, the pre-payment deducted from the total.

We are pleased to accept the following methods of pre-payment:

1. Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
2. Paying systems: Anelik, Travelex, Western Union (from abroad)
3. Quick bank transfers (Ukraine)
4. Bank transfers to our account (Ukraine)
5. Cash payment in our office (Kiev)

An apartment can be booked only after the pre-payment is received.
After receiving the pre-payment we will send to you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its address.
In case the booking is cancelled after the pre-payment has been made, no money is refunded. 
We cannot guarantee any booking without a pre-payment. In case you do not want to make a pre-payment, you are welcome to call us on your arrival to Kiev, and we'll be happy to help you in case there are unoccupied apartments at the moment.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals or cancellations. In case your arrival date is altered, no pre-payment is refunded. In this case your previous booking is cancelled, and the apartment is booked for new dates. By receiving your pre-payment we refuse our other clients that might want to rent the apartment for the same period. Your non-arrival causes our eventual losses; that is why whatever may be the reason of your cancellation no refunds will be made.

We can offer to you another apartment instead of the booked one in case of force-majeure (some incident in the building, water or electricity supply problems, the apartment has been rented for long-term, sold or not rented by the day any more).
In case of force majeure we will offer to you another apartment of the same class, location and price.

Taking into account the frequent frauds of clients by dishonest officially unregistered "companies" having Internet sites with apartments pictures, we'd like to draw your attention to the following facts:

1. Our project has a more than 8-year-long experience in the hotel services sphere.
2. All the apartments represented in our site are real.
3. Photos of all the apartments are real.
4. Any apartment represented in our site can be booked for at least 3 days by making pre-payment amounting 1-day rent charge.
5. We guarantee 100 % client's accommodation in the apartment he/she has booked (not applicable if force-majeure, see above).
6. We prefer working with regular clients and hold dear value our reputation.
7. We never practice empty promises and never accommodate our guests in apartments different from those booked by them (unless force-majeure).

We never confirm a booking unless we are sure of such possibility.
